Exchange
1)Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
2)To request an exchange or return, please email us at Hello.hrclothing@gmail.com or call +92 308 4448537 during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
3)Online orders can be exchanged at any of our outlets.
4)Washed, used, altered, or damaged garments are not eligible for exchange or refund.
5)Products purchased on Sale can only be exchanged for a different size, subject to size availability.
6)Exchange and refund services are not available for international orders.

1)At HR Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a 100% refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
2)Customers are required to bear the delivery/courier charges for returning the product.
3)Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the full product amount (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded.
4)The refund will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account.
Lost Shipment
In case of a lost shipment, the customer must inform us via email at Hello.hrclothing@gmail.com with complete order details. We will investigate the claim, and if it is verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning items for exchange or refund will be borne by the customer.
