  • Product availability is not guaranteed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or wind incorrect information, we shall have the right to cancel the order.
  • Photographs, products, artworks, designs, text, graphics, logos and buttons are the property of HR Clothing and are protected by copyright laws.
  • The content of the website is intended solely for your personal use.
  • Your personal information is confidential. We do not trade email addresses.
  • Color of the product may vary slightly from the pictures.
  • All product prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax).

 

Exchange / Return

  • Exchange within 7 days subject to stock availability and proof of purchase.
  • No refunds and no returns.
  • For exchange (return within 7 days of purchase) please email us at hello.hrclothing@gmail.com or call +92 308 4448537 during working days (Monday to Saturday) from 10am to 5pm.
  • Exchange and refund is not offered for international orders.
  • Online orders cannot be exchanged at any of our Outlets.
  • Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
  • Product purchased on ‘sale’ can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the size availability.
  • In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email hello.hrclothing@gmail.com with the complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be shipped again.
  • Returning items will be returned at customer’s cost.
